Cookie policy

What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser’s local storage) are small files or pieces of data a website keeps on your device to remember information between visits: from your preferences to, on other sites, your activity for advertising purposes.
What this site uses
This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, nor third-party cookies. No external service is watching your browsing.
The only things it keeps in your browser, in local storage rather than cookies, are three technical items:
- theme: whether you chose light or dark mode with the button in the header. It is only stored if you change it.
- cookie-notice: that you have already seen the cookie notice, so it is not shown again.
- origen: during the visit (cleared when the tab closes), the page you entered through and the website you came from, attached to your message if you use the contact form.
These items never leave your device unless you send the form, do not identify you and are not shared with anyone. Being strictly technical, they are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, which is why the notice on this site is purely informative.
Visits are measured with Vercel’s analytics, which sets no cookies or identifiers: it counts page views, countries, devices and referring websites in aggregate and measures real loading speed.
How to delete them
You can remove them at any time from your browser settings, under privacy or website data, by clearing the data stored by vigiastudio.com. If you do, the site will go back to your system theme and show the notice again. Nothing will stop working.
If anything changes
If in the future we add tools that do use cookies (for example, visitor analytics), we will update this page, tell you clearly and, where the law requires it, ask for your permission before enabling them.
