What data we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: name, email, company (optional), project type, approximate budget and the message you write. The origin of your visit (the page you entered through and the website you came from, if any) is sent along with the message, so we know which channels bring us enquiries.

If you book a video call through our scheduling page (Cal.com), the booking happens on Cal.com’s website, which asks for your name, email and what you need, and sends them to us together with the chosen time to create the appointment in our calendar. Our website loads nothing from Cal.com: it only links to their page.

We also use Vercel’s analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify people: it counts visits per page, country, device type and referring website in aggregate, and measures real loading speed. It cannot tell who you are or follow you across websites.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. We don’t use it to send you advertising and we don’t share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request. If we start working together, for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law. Otherwise, we delete it once it is no longer needed.

Who else is involved

To run the site we use providers that act as data processors:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights).
• Resend, which delivers the form message to our inbox.
• Cal.com, Inc., which runs the video-call scheduling page and stores the booking details. It has its own privacy policy.

All of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards set out in the GDPR (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). [REVISAR]

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@vigiastudio.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Cookies

This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores in your browser (localStorage) whether you prefer the light or dark theme and whether you have already seen the cookie notice, and those preferences never leave your device. See the cookie policy for details.
