What data we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: name, email, company (optional), project type, approximate budget and the message you write.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. We don’t use it to send you advertising and we don’t share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request. If we start working together, for the duration of the relationship and any period required by law. Otherwise, we delete it once it is no longer needed.

Who else is involved

To run the site we use providers that act as data processors:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website.
• Resend, which delivers the form message to our inbox.

Both may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards set out in the GDPR (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). [REVISAR]

Cookies

This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores in your browser (localStorage) whether you prefer the light or dark theme, and that preference never leaves your device.
